100 Pushups, In Just Six Weeks!

well the whole idea is that you can do 100 pushups in 6 weeks!!
i keep trying to explain this, but i cant, so i’ll just quote the website:

Think there’s no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achive this goal!

No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let’s face it, you’re in a big minority. Most of you reading this won’t even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I’m sure many of you can’t even do 10.

However, it really doesn’t matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I’m positive you’ll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

so that got me thinking… wouldnt it be cool if i could do a hundred push ups?!

so yea, i am gonna do this, and in six weeks, i’ll let you know if i can do a hundred pushups

    Some of my friends do a game where you go through an entire deck of cards, doing the amount of pushups for each card you pick (hard to explain).
    So if you pick the 8 of clubs, you do 8 pushups. Then if you pick the 4 diamonds, you do 4 pushups.
    But you actually go through the whole deck in one session, doing all the cards, making a total of like 300 pushups! :O

    (that probably makes no sense lol)
